Manufacturer Portal Terms

1. Access and authority
Section titled “1. Access and authority”The Portal is reserved for invited and authorized users. By using it, the user confirms they are authorized to act for the manufacturer to which access is assigned and accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Content responsibility
Section titled “2. Content responsibility”The user guarantees that the manufacturer has the rights, permissions and authorizations necessary for all submitted or linked content, including text, trademarks, images, videos, documents and specifications.
Users must not submit unlawful, misleading, unauthorized confidential or third-party infringing content.
3. License to operate Shooterfy
Section titled “3. License to operate Shooterfy”The manufacturer retains ownership of its content.
By uploading or publishing content, the manufacturer grants Shooterfy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence limited to operating the service, including hosting, storing, copying, resizing, compressing, format conversion, background removal, thumbnail generation, indexing, display and distribution through Shooterfy’s public catalog.
The licence permits use of strictly necessary technical providers. It remains effective while the content is available on Shooterfy, without prejudice to caches, temporary backups, legal obligations and defence of claims.
4. Publication, withdrawal and account deletion
Section titled “4. Publication, withdrawal and account deletion”Publishing a listing authorizes its display in Shooterfy’s public catalog. Changes may remain in draft until republished.
A manufacturer may request withdrawal of published listings, images, videos, documents or other content through the applicable Portal functionality, where available, or by writing to contact@shooterfy.com from an account-related email address or by providing sufficient proof of representation.
Shooterfy will process valid withdrawal requests within a reasonable time. Withdrawal does not affect temporary backups, cached copies, legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Deleting a Portal user account revokes that user’s access but does not, by itself, withdraw manufacturer content from the public catalog. Content withdrawal must be requested separately unless Shooterfy agrees otherwise in writing.
Shooterfy may withdraw content or suspend access for reasonable security, compliance, rights-infringement, material-error or legal reasons.
5. Availability
Section titled “5. Availability”Shooterfy aims to keep the Portal available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, technical incidents or security measures may affect availability.
6. Changes and contact
Section titled “6. Changes and contact”Shooterfy may update these Terms for legal, technical or service reasons. Material changes may require renewed acceptance.

Applicable language
Section titled “Applicable language”This document is provided in Spanish, English and Portuguese for convenience. In case of discrepancy between translations, the English version prevails unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
