Shooterfy is currently an independent project without sales, subscriptions, or contracting of products or services through its sites.
Purpose
Section titled “Purpose”Shooterfy offers:
- A public, informational catalog about pre-charged pneumatic air rifles
- A private Portal for invited manufacturers who manage product listings
Intellectual Property
Section titled “Intellectual Property”The code, design, brand, and proprietary content of Shooterfy belong to its provider. Trademarks, images, documents, specifications, and other content provided by manufacturers or third parties belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimer
Section titled “Disclaimer”The catalog information is informational. Before purchasing, using, or modifying a product, verify its specifications, safety, availability, and legality with the manufacturer, distributor, and applicable regulations.
Shooterfy may correct, update, modify, or remove content and functionalities for technical, legal, security, or maintenance reasons.

1. Access
Section titled “1. Access”The Portal is reserved to invited and authorized users. By using it, the user confirms that they can act in the name of the manufacturer to which access is assigned and accepts these Terms and the Portal Privacy Policy.
2. Content
Section titled “2. Content”The user guarantees that they have the necessary rights and permissions over the texts, trademarks, images, videos, documents and specifications that they upload or link.
They must not publish illicit, misleading, confidential without authorization or content infringing third-party rights.
3. License to Operate Shooterfy
Section titled “3. License to Operate Shooterfy”The manufacturer retains title to their content.
When uploading or publishing content, the manufacturer grants Shooterfy a non-exclusive, worldwide, free of charge and limited license to operate the service for hosting, storing, copying, optimizing, converting formats, resizing, compressing, removing backgrounds, generating thumbnails, indexing, displaying and distributing said content via Shooterfy’s public catalog.
The license allows using strictly necessary technical providers for hosting and distributing the content. It remains in force while the content is available on Shooterfy, without prejudice to caches, temporary backups, legal obligations and defense of claims.
4. Publication and Withdrawal
Section titled “4. Publication and Withdrawal”The publication of a card authorizes its visualization in the public catalog. Subsequent changes may remain as draft until a new publication.
Shooterfy may withdraw content or suspend accesses for reasonable security reasons, breach, infringement of rights, material error or legal requirement.
To request a withdrawal, write to contact@shooterfy.com from an address associated with the account or prove the corresponding representation.
5. Availability
Section titled “5. Availability”Shooterfy endeavors to keep the Portal available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. There may be maintenance, technical incidents or security measures.
6. Changes and Contact
Section titled “6. Changes and Contact”Shooterfy may update these Terms for legal, technical or service changes. If the change is material, it will be reasonably informed and may require a new acceptance.

Applicable Language
Section titled “Applicable Language”This document is offered in Spanish, English and Portuguese for ease of reading.
In case of discrepancy between translations, the Spanish version prevails, unless an applicable mandatory rule requires otherwise.
