2. Scope
Section titled “2. Scope”This Privacy Policy applies to Shooterfy’s public catalog, documentation website, Manufacturer Portal and related communications.
3. Data Protection Officer
Section titled “3. Data Protection Officer”Shooterfy has not appointed a Data Protection Officer because it is not currently required to do so based on its present activities. For privacy matters, contact privacy@shooterfy.com.
4. Public catalog and documentation visitors
Section titled “4. Public catalog and documentation visitors”The public catalog and documentation website do not require registration.

Shooterfy does not sell personal data, use behavioural advertising, create advertising profiles or use analytics to identify individual visitors.
5. Manufacturer Portal users

The Portal may use Google Social Login through an external identity provider. Shooterfy does not request or store Google passwords.
The Manufacturer Portal does not use marketing analytics, behavioural advertising or advertising profiling.
6. Categories of recipients
Section titled “6. Categories of recipients”Personal data may be processed by categories of providers necessary to operate Shooterfy:
- Frontend hosting, CDN, DNS, reverse proxy and perimeter security.
- API, hosting and database infrastructure.
- Identity and authentication provider.
- Email and transactional communication provider.
- Form and communication provider, when a visitor chooses to use an external form.
- Privacy-friendly web analytics provider, used only for the public catalog.
- Storage and delivery provider for media and documents, when applicable.
Shooterfy maintains an internal record of the providers it uses and can provide further information about the relevant categories of recipients, international transfers and applicable safeguards upon request at privacy@shooterfy.com.
7. International transfers
Section titled “7. International transfers”If a provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, Shooterfy will use an appropriate transfer mechanism required by applicable law. Further information may be requested at privacy@shooterfy.com.
8. Retention
Section titled “8. Retention”Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain security, resolve incidents, respond to requests, comply with legal obligations or defend claims.
Technical and security data is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer necessary for those purposes, unless retention is required by law or necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Database backups that may contain personal data are retained for a maximum of three months.
9. Your rights
Section titled “9. Your rights”You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, where applicable, by writing to privacy@shooterfy.com.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. If Shooterfy’s main or sole establishment is in Spain, this will normally be the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
10. Account deletion
Section titled “10. Account deletion”Manufacturer Portal users can request deletion of their account through the account deletion option available in the Manufacturer Portal settings.
Deleting an account revokes the user’s access to the Manufacturer Portal. Shooterfy deletes or anonymises personal data that is no longer necessary for the operation of the service, subject to applicable legal obligations, security and fraud-prevention needs, the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, and the backup retention period.
Deleting a Portal user account does not automatically withdraw product listings, images, videos, documents or other manufacturer content already published in the public catalog. Requests to withdraw published content are handled under the Manufacturer Portal Terms.
11. Changes
Section titled “11. Changes”Shooterfy may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, technical or service changes. The current version and last updated date are shown on this page.
Applicable language
Section titled “Applicable language”This document is provided in Spanish, English and Portuguese for convenience. In case of discrepancy between translations, the English version prevails unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
